Who said libraries can't be a tourist attraction? The Kansas City Public Library can easily draw attention because of its Community Bookshelf in the outdoor of the main building. The 25-feet model book spines represent the books that locals prefer to read. The library features Shakespeare and his early works.

Worlds of Fun 

Bring out the child in you in this 235-acre land of fun. The Worlds of Fun theme park offers various rides including the Mamba rollercoaster which is dubbed to be one of the fastest rides in the world. The World of Fun also exhibits the Dinosaur Alive with its life-size dinosaurs. It is a good place to spend time with the whole family.

Kauffman Center for the Performing Art

At first glance, you will think that it looks exactly like the Sydney Opera House in Australia. This unique building started with a drawing on the back of a news center. At present, the center stretches up to 285,000 square feet. It is a great venue to watch musicals in the city.
